Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Scheduling Sessions are scheduled in advance through the online booking system. If you need a different time, feel free to reach out. Free Consultation The initial consultation is a no-pressure conversation to talk through what’s going on and see if this is a good fit. There is no obligation to continue. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows the time to be made available for someone else. Late Cancellations / No-Shows Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee. Payment Payment is due at the time of booking or at the session, depending on how your booking system is set up. Arrival Please arrive on time so you can use your full session. Late arrivals may shorten the session time.
